In this hands on workshop, Dr. Steven Farmer will show you how to apply ancient shamanic methodologies for healing yourself, others, and the Earth. Throughout the weekend, Dr. Farmer will guide you through a series of gentle yet powerful healing processes designed to enhance your ability to access Spirit for guidance and healing. 

You will learn how to:

      * Do a shamanic journey—the foundation for any shamanic work.     

      * Retrieve and honor your power animal.

      * Do a Spirits of Nature divination

      * Do a Healing Drum journey

      * Give a power animal reading using the Power Animal Oracle Cards

      * Create a sacred healing ceremony

           IMPORTANT:  Please bring with you a hand-held drum and a rattle; a journal to write in; a sacred object; one or two photos of an ancestor; a bandanna or scarf; and a copy of the Power Animal Oracle Cards (available at Kripalu’s bookstore). Also, you must be in reasonably good physical condition to participate in this workshop. If you are in treatment with a physician or therapist, please bring a written release authorizing your participation.
